This dish is delicious and quick, everything comes together in about 10 minutes!
Herb & Oil Angel Hair with Roasted Shrimp

12 large shrimp
Sciabica's Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt & pepper
1/2 pound whole wheat angel hair
Sciabica's Sevillano Variety Fall Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
fresh chopped garlic
crushed red pepper flakes
fresh oregano
fresh parsley
fresh thyme
juice from half of 1 lemon
reserved pasta water, about 1/4 cup
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Clean and devein shrimp. Coat shrimp with Sciabica's Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt & pepper. Roast for 8-10 minutes. I put them in the preheated oven when I dropped the pasta.
Chop the herbs together, you will want about 1/4 cup. Add a generous bit of Sciabica's Sevillano Variety Fall Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a pan over medium low heat. Add chopped garlic and crushed red pepper. Add in the fresh herbs. Cook on low for about 8 minutes, allowing the herbs and garlic to infuse the oil. Toss in the cooked pasta, juice from 1/2 lemon and reserved pasta water. Serve with the roasted shrimp on top.
