1 box Devil's food cake mix
1 pint raspberries
Semi-sweet chocolate bar (shaved or curled for garnish)
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups whipping cream
1. Prepare and bake cake according to package directions.
2. For the icing, sift the sugar and cocoa into a medium bowl or mixer bowl. Add whipping cream and stir. Whip until icing is light and fluffy.
4. After cake has completely cooled, slice in half for two layers.
5. Spread some icing onto the bottom layer and top with raspberries. (You may save a few raspberries for garnish on top of the cake.)
6. Cover with the top cake layer and frost the entire top and sides of cake.
7. Garnish cake with shaved chocolate and raspberries.
8. Store in refrigerator.
